By accessing or using Theraayu.com and its associated Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and other relevant policies introduced from time to time.

1. INTRODUCTION

Theraayu.com is owned and managed by a company incorporated under Indian law (the “Company”). The Platform facilitates connections between patients, healthcare service providers, wellness centers, diagnostic labs, and associated vendors. Theraayu is not a hospital, clinic, or healthcare provider and does not offer any diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice on its own.

DEFINITIONS

“Theraayu”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”: Refers to the Company managing Theraayu.com and all its interfaces and services
“User”, “You”, “Your”, “Client”, “Patient”: Any natural or legal person accessing or using the Platform or Services.
“Platform”: Any website, mobile application, or offline interface managed by the Company.
“Services”: Medical tourism facilitation, diagnostics coordination, appointment bookings, wellness packages, treatment plan assistance, and all other offerings by the Platform.
“Healthcare Partners”: Hospitals, doctors, diagnostic centers, clinics, wellness centers, and other third-party medical professionals listed or coordinated via the Platform.
“Third Parties”: Non-affiliated vendors including travel agencies, insurers, payment processors, transport services, and facilitators.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Registration is required to access certain services on Theraayu.com.
Users must be 18 years or older and legally competent to enter into contracts.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity conducted under their account.
Theraayu reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to be fraudulent, inactive, or in violation of these Terms.

4. PLATFORM SERVICES

We act solely as a facilitator. Core services include:
1.Medical Appointments: Booking consultations with listed doctors or hospitals.
2. Expert Opinion: Submission of medical queries for informational responses.
3. Quotation Requests: Estimated treatment costs from partner facilities.
4. Diagnostics Coordination: Linking users with labs for tests as advised.
5. Virtual Consultations: Online medical discussions via video/audio calls.
6. Custom Treatment Packages: Tailored services based on medical needs.
7. Wellness Packages: Access to spas, yoga centers, and lifestyle programs.
Disclaimer: We do not verify medical advice or assume liability for outcomes. The responsibility lies entirely with the respective healthcare providers.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS

Provide truthful, verifiable, and complete personal and medical information.
Use the Platform and its Services solely for lawful purposes.
Not engage in fraud, impersonation, or content abuse.
Respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

Service fees, where applicable, will be transparently communicated.
Payments must be completed via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, net banking).
A processing charge of 3% applies to all online payments.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Company’s refund policy or the terms of Healthcare Partners.

7. CUSTOMISED PACKAGES

Users may personalize treatment plans. Final costs depend on:
Type of procedure
Room category and aftercare needs
Medication and dietary requirements
Special service inclusions
Not Included: Costs due to medical complications, unplanned tests, travel, or unlisted services must be paid directly by the User.

8. THIRD-PARTY RELATIONSHIPS

Theraayu.com coordinates with various external entities. We are not liable for the conduct or services of:
Hospitals, labs, and doctors
Insurers or TPAs
Hotels, transport, or travel agencies

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We shall not be liable for:
Medical negligence, adverse outcomes, or malpractice
Delays, technical issues, or downtime on the Platform
Unauthorized account access or payment failures
Third-party service defects
Users assume full responsibility for decisions made based on platform content or services.

10. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Platform content (text, graphics, UI, logos, etc.) is protected by copyright.
Users may not reuse or reproduce content without written consent.
Members are solely responsible for content they upload or post.
The Company reserves the right to remove content deemed false, offensive, or misleading.

11. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION

We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate User accounts at any time for violating terms
Deny access to Users or restrict services without prior notice
Withdraw or modify any service without obligation

12. COMMUNICATION

By registering, Users consent to receive communication via email, phone, WhatsApp, or SMS for service updates, confirmations, and follow-ups. Users can contact us for support or to report misuse/content disputes.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute:
Parties will first attempt resolution through mutual discussion/mediation
Unresolved matters will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English, held in [City, State]
Courts in [City, State] shall have exclusive jurisdiction for legal proceedings

14. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for service failures due to events beyond our control, including:
Natural calamities
Internet outages
Government actions or strikes

15. FINAL PROVISIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Company.
No waiver of rights shall be effective unless in writing.
